Take 5 Oil Change

Went here because they have solid Google reviews but left super upset. They offered to check my cabin air filter for free and I said sure since it was free but the guy legit didn’t screw my glove box back on all of the screws fell out on my drive home. I told the guy who was doing it that it didn’t look correct and it was clearly not on correct and he told me it looked fine to him and if I had any issues I can come back in a few weeks. He also had some of the worst body odor I have smelled in years. I understand that it’s hot and you get sweaty but don’t send that guy into customers vehicles. He also complained to me about his pay. It also did not help that it cost like $35 more than the place i typically go to for a quick oil change.

The convenience of take 5 is amazing! You literally pull up, they direct you in, and they take care of you. The complimentary water is nice. As someone who typically does my own oil changes, I'm a little shocked at how high the prices are, and hesitant about the quality of product. The technicians were friendly and seemed good at what they do. There seem to be a decent amount of sales/promotions which is nice, but I kind of felt like the product push was maybe a bit much. It seemed like they really wanted me to buy more of their product, and I think they really wanted me to feel dependent on them for solutions. While the convenience is nice, if you can do the oil change at home, I would suggest that. Overall though, not a bad experience.

These guys are super honest, super reliable, knowledgeable and respectful, they check everything out like things under the hood, vehicle under body, and they will notify you if they see any apparent issues. They always greet with a smile and a bottle of water. They put air in the tires and clean off the windshield. They have very fair prices and they will answer any questions you have if you don’t know something. Super cool people here. Ever since owning a vehicle, this is where I go to get my oil changed and I will never go anywhere else. Yall are awesome🤙

5 stars is not enough to describe how awesome these guys were. I went there yesterday for an oil change. They were having difficulty getting the plug to go back in. Apparently, the last oil change I had (which was not from Take 5) had stripped the plug so badly that their DM came down from Appleton with a threader to fix it. I thought I was going to have to have my vehicle towed and file a claim with the company that did the last oil change if there was damage to my oil pan. Luckily that was not the case and their DM was able to take care of it. I’m very thankful for the level of service those guys provided. I would definitely go back to them again. 5 stars definitely is not enough. The pics are how badly the previous oil change company messed it up

Great experience. Gabe took the time to explain things to me, most of it I knew but it was great for a refresher. Friendly staff and they made it personable. As a customer and a person who works in Customer Service, I appreciated it. No other oil change service offers a free bottle of water while you wait, or cleans your windshield while you're getting the oil changed? No one. Will be back for my next visit
